How and Why we Started.

After owning a pharmacy for 25 years, Bob Graul was ready for a new adventure. But when it came time to sell, he realized there were no tools or resources to help him get answers he could trust.

As a long-time McKesson customer and former member of the McKesson National Independent Advisory Board, Bob discussed his plight with his friends at McKesson. A match was made and Bob agreed to lead the development of RxOwnership in 2008.

Now as the program's national VP, Bob has recruited a skilled team of ownership advisors to manage the growing demand for RxOwnership services on a regional level. Today, Bob and his team work closely with their customers, McKesson field sales, marketing, analytics and finance to help with nearly every aspect of buying or selling a pharmacy.

Since the start of the program, the RxOwnership team has helped over 1,400 pharmacy owners through the pharmacy transition/ownership process.
